With the continuous development of hydraulic technology and the continuous improvement of the reliability of hydraulic components, hydraulic transmission technology has been widely used, and its installation and start-up has also attracted more and more attention.Taking the roller system as an example, the following points for attention are discussed on the installation and start of the hydraulic system:

Installation and connection of the system

Before installation of the system, carefully check the pump and motor and all system components, including: oil tank, pipeline, valve, joint, radiator, etc., to ensure that each component is not damaged and pollution-free, and the corresponding measures should be taken to maintain the connection of the oil port.

When installing, should pay attention to the installation rules of each component, such as pump, motor, valve, etc. Directivity, rubber hose connection should have a certain stretch margin, should not make the rubber hose subjected to distortion force, etc.The connection of all system pipes should be sealed reliably without leakage.The tightening torque of the screw connecting the oil port should meet the recommended standards. Excessive tightness may cause damage to the rubber sealing ring, while insufficient may cause the sealing ring to stick to the end face, which may cause leakage.Flange components should pay attention to supporting use, different groups of flange pressing plate easy to cause O ring fit is not tight, and then form leakage.

Note: More than 70% of faults in the hydraulic system are caused by oil pollution. During installation, after the original seal end cover of each component is opened, the pipeline should be directly connected. If there is a special need to disconnect the connection, the exposed oil mouth should be sealed to prevent foreign bodies from entering the component and causing pollution.

The quality and cleanliness of the oil and the addition of the oil

It is important to use hydraulic fluids with recommended performance parameters, especially those that have been used, because the use of substandard fluids will cause damage to components and systems.It is also important to note that the newly installed barrels do not meet the cleanliness requirements of the system and cannot be added directly to the system.When the new hydraulic oil is added to the hydraulic system, it should be filtered through the filter or filter trolley so as to meet the cleanliness requirements required by the system startup.Before starting, hydraulic components such as pumps and motors should be filled with as much clean hydraulic oil as possible. Do not rely on the oil to fill by itself.Add as much clean hydraulic oil as possible to the hydraulic tank. For example, for the connecting split tank, install the refueling ports with air filters on both sides of the tank or install a vent plug on the other tank of the refueling port on one side of the tank to ensure smooth refueling.

Three, the system’s initial start-up requirements

Before starting commissioning, install a pressure gauge of appropriate range at the oil filling pressure measuring port for testing the oil filling pressure during starting commissioning.

When starting and debugging, disconnect the input control signal of the pump (mechanical link, hydraulic control circuit, electrical plug, etc.) to ensure that the pump is in the middle state.Remove system loads as necessary (set up main engine to lift drive wheels off the ground, disconnect motor loads, etc.).Start the engine at as low a speed as possible until the fuel pressure is established.The air in the system can be removed through the manometer hole on the motor valve block.After the oil filling pressure is established, increase the engine to rated speed, and then test the value of oil filling pressure.If the fuel pressure does not meet the requirements, immediately turn off the engine, find out the cause and solve;If the filling pressure is normal, turn off the engine, connect the control signal of the pump and restart the engine to check whether the median state of the pump is in good condition.After the above steps are completed, the engine is increased to the rated speed, and the control signal is input to the pump to make the system put into operation as slowly as possible, and check the positive and negative working condition of the system.In a typical system configuration, when the system is out of neutral position and in a positive and negative working state, the oil filling pressure value will be slightly reduced.Turn off the engine, remove the pressure gauge, and screw in the pressure connector cap after slowly alternating the system forward and backward for at least five minutes.

Since part of the oil will remain in the pipeline and housing during system startup, check the oil level of the tank at this time, and if necessary, fill up to the specified value.If there are a lot of bubbles in the oil, start the engine again after the bubbles have disappeared and alternate running the system forward and backward for a few minutes before turning off the engine.This process is repeated many times, if necessary, until the bubble disappears completely.Finally, check all lines and joints to make sure there is no leakage or looseness. Make sure the tank is free from water and other impurities.

These steps can effectively ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system in the process of installation and start-up, so that the whole machine in a good state of commissioning.
